By placing an order through this website you accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

We sell video intercom systems, door stations, monitors and related accessories. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in finish may occur between production batches. Technical specifications are taken from the manufacturer’s official documentation and may be updated by the manufacturer without notice.

Products are intended for installation by a qualified electrician. Incorrect installation may damage the equipment and will void the warranty.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include Cyprus VAT at 19%. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout.

4. Orders

Once you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we have received your order — it does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.

We may decline an order if the product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we are unable to verify payment or delivery details.

5. Payment

We accept card payments (processed securely by Stripe), direct bank transfer, and cash on delivery. We do not store your card details. For bank transfer orders, goods are dispatched once payment has cleared into our account.

6. Delivery

Delivery across Cyprus in 1–2 working days for items in stock.
Shipping is €3.50, and free for orders over €100.
Collection from our premises in Larnaca is available free of charge by arrangement.
Items marked “Available to order” are dispatched within 2–3 weeks.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs, or events outside our control.

7. Right of withdrawal (returns)

In accordance with Cyprus and EU consumer law, if you are a consumer you may cancel your order and return the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, notify us at info@onlineshopcy.com before the 14 days expire. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

We will refund the amount paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

This right does not apply to products that have been installed, modified, or made to order.

8. Warranty

All products carry a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in line with EU consumer legislation. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective units.

The warranty does not cover: damage from incorrect installation or wiring, power surges or lightning, water ingress beyond the product’s stated IP rating, physical damage, vandalism, unauthorised repair, or normal wear.

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault.

9. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange collection and send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for installation costs, loss of use, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law (GDPR).

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. Consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
